I loved my room - great modern and well-appointed with bottle. It offers great service.

    Views are bad.

everything's fine. Nice hotel, near the parking lot and train station. no need to wait and pay for a water transfer. It's a long way from San Marco. It's about 25-30 minutes on foot, but we're coming to walk around Venice. The hotel has its own garden. I can imagine how valuable that is to Venice. It was a deluxe room with a terrace overlooking the Grand Canal. There's tea and coffee in the room. All clean, renovated. Breakfast isn't very varied, but it's delicious. It's enough for breakfast.

the room was a little chilly. But we were in February, I must say. Stock up on your pajamas. All in all, everything's fine!

The beautiful, central location was a plus. the room was great-sized and romantic with bottle-glass windows and elegant decoration. - the views to the garden were stunning. - Overall, the experience was very good.

The hotel borders the canal, with a beautiful garden where you can sit and watch the gondolas. The front entry has a tree swing, and feels very quaint and inviting. The rooms are spacious and the staff is informative and attentive. Wish I'd had another week to stay there! I loved that it was in a quiet area, with easy access to the tourist areas.

The hotel is located within walking distance from the train station and bus station, which provides very convenient logistics. Opposite the hotel and the train station there is a vaporetto stop (river tram). The hotel is in a quiet side street and you can't hear the rumble of tourists and young people at night :). Having read the reviews of other tourists, I want to note that breakfasts in the hotel are not as modest as I originally thought. I've been to Italian hotels where for breakfast there was croissant, yogurt and a cup of coffee - even no hot food. There was an omelette, fried bacon, sausages, boiled eggs, baked goods, all kinds of jams, sauces, various fillers for yogurts and what surprised and delighted me especially: rice and soy milk, vegan croissants :). Opposite the hotel there is a rose garden and in the warm season you can have a wonderful breakfast overlooking the Grand Canal.

The stay was wonderful; spotlessly clean and well-designed with a fireplace, perfect for a honeymoon.

The staff was helpful. The views of Grand Canal with lovely gardens were magnificent.3. The breakfast options were delicious, including croissants, cereals, fresh fruit, and scrambled eggs.4. The location is absolutely perfect, just a 15-minute walk to an ornate footbridge.

Great location - close to a fantastic restaurant and the grand canal; only a 5-minute walk from the train station. 🍝 You can also find a nice parish church nearby, which is just a short distance from this place.

The place looked excellent, the gardens were lovely (a rare bit of green in Venice with a welcoming smell of honeysuckle), it is very close to the station so it is easy to dump your luggage at (after seeing tourists trailing their luggage around the lanes and bridges of Venice, this was an excellent choice).

We stayed in a suite, which should by definition be a suite of rooms but was actually one room and a bathroom, although very lovely and opulent, not a suite. The room temperature was too hot for us ( 27 degrees C) and the guests cannot adjust it, which was frustrating. The gardens are lovely especially by the river, we would have liked to use them, there was no where to buy coffee or drinks to enjoy out there.

The hotels location was great. It is right next to the train station (opposite side and you must cross the bridge). The room and toilet was clean (we took the room with a Jacuzzi). The décor of the hotel was really nice and they have a nice outdoor breakfast area (which we could not use as it was really hot). The continental breakfast was also fine. Overall it was a good experience.

Check in is at 2pm which is rather late.

Great location, close to local restaurants preferred by the locals

Wonderful spot by the grand canal to watch boat activity. Excellent for visiting a stone arch bridge without the crowds

I got what I asked for ( a warm room with a bath...actually got the jacuzzi!). The staff were most accommodating in answering any questions and seemed generally friendly and interested in me and my stay. The hotel was beautifully restored with a balanced blend of contemporary and classic styles.
